This planroom will no longer be available as of April 1, 2009. Over the next few weeks, we will be transitioning to BidMail as the new system for making plans and specifications available for download. Downloading and performing takeoffs will still be 100% FREE of charge to all registered subcontractors. Please take a moment to register at www.bidmail.com so that you will be ready to make the transition when it happens. Also, please feel free to look at our instructions for registering with BidMail. Important Notice to Bidders:
DJM Construction may require subcontractors to provide 100% payment and performance bonds from a California admitted surety with an AM Best rating of A-VIII or better. The bond form used will be the ConsensusDoc subcontract bond form. DJM is signatory to the Carpenter's collective bargaining agreement; therefore, any trades claimed by them should be bid with union compensation. It is the subcontractor's responsibility to review the owner's general and special conditions prior to bid, as they will be binding. Subcontractors shall be required to execute DJM's subcontract agreement and comply with the owner's specified insurance requirements upon contract award. DJM's listing of a subcontractor at bid time is not to be construed as an acceptance of all of the subcontractor's conditions or exceptions included within the bid.
